Cocoa with whipped cream
Ingredients
Servings 6- 1 liter of milk
- 7 h. l. cocoa
- 4-5 century l. Sahara
- whipped cream for serving
Cooking
Step 1
Boil milk in a saucepan. Pour cocoa and sugar into a small bowl and pour in 200 ml of boiling water. Mix well so that there are no lumps. Pour the resulting mixture into hot milk and, stirring, bring to a boil.
Step 2
Reduce heat to low and simmer cocoa for 5-7 minutes. Cool slightly and pour into cups, garnish with whipped cream and serve immediately.
