Ingredients

  • butter at room temperature - 175 g
  • sugar - 175 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • wheat flour - 240 g
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - a pinch
  • raisins - 175 g

Cooking

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Beat butter at room temperature together with sugar at a high mixer speed for 5-7 minutes until the mass turns white.

Step 2

Add the eggs one at a time, beating very well each time until creamy.

Step 3

Add pre-washed and dried raisins, mix.

Step 4

Add flour, sifted together with salt and baking powder, mix with a spatula.

Step 5

We shift the dough into a cake mold greased with butter and bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for about an hour and a half. Be sure to do a dry splinter test.

Step 6

Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar, cool and serve.
