Chocolate sauce
Ingredients
Servings 6 servings- 100 g dark chocolate
- 300 ml cream with 20% fat
- 2 tsp powdered sugar
Cooking
Step 1
Break chocolate into pieces
Step 2
Place chocolate and cream in a saucepan.
Step 3
Gently heat over low heat until the chocolate has melted. And better, with constant stirring, heat the mixture in a water bath.
Step 4
Add powdered sugar to taste. Keep warm.
