Chickpea cutlets with spinach
Fasting is not a reason to starve. It’s easier to say what you can eat in Lent than to make a kilometer-long forbidden list. But there is always a way out, and very tasty!
Ingredients
Servings 2- chickpeas - 200 g
- spinach - 90 g
- salt - 2 g
- white pepper - 2 g
- nutmeg - 1 g
- garlic - 1 clove
Cooking
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients and scroll until smooth in a food processor or using a blender.
Step 2
Divide the resulting mass into four cutlets and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
Step 3
Put in the oven for 12 minutes at 180°C.
