Chicken wings in soy-honey glaze
Ingredients
Servings 1- marinated chicken wings - 250 g
- soy-honey sauce - 50 g
- sesame - 1 g
- celery - 50 g
- lime - 15 g
- green onion - 2 g
Cooking
Step 1
Prepared marinated wings (salt + pepper) deep-fried until tender.
Step 2
Fry in a hot pan with the addition of soy-honey sauce.
Step 3
To serve, scoop onto a small salad plate and garnish with a mixture of sliced celery stalk and cilantro, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
