Cheese soup with croutons
Quick creamy cheese soup with croutons.
Ingredients
Servings 4- white bread - 2 slices
- butter - 2 tbsp. l.
- meat broth (chicken) - 4 tbsp.
- cream 10% - 1/2 tbsp.
- milk - 1/2 tbsp.
- grated hard cheese - 8 tbsp. l.
- salt pepper
Cooking
Step 1
Bread cut into cubes, fry in butter.
Step 2
Bring the broth to a boil, add milk and cream. Carefully add cheese, stir until cheese is melted. Salt, pepper.
Step 3
Serve with croutons. Enjoy your meal!
