Cheese soup with croutons

Ingredients

• white bread - 2 slices
• butter - 2 tbsp. l.
• meat broth (chicken) - 4 tbsp.
• cream 10% - 1/2 tbsp.
• milk - 1/2 tbsp.
• grated hard cheese - 8 tbsp. l.
• salt pepper

Cooking

Step 1

Bread cut into cubes, fry in butter.

Step 2

Bring the broth to a boil, add milk and cream. Carefully add cheese, stir until cheese is melted. Salt, pepper.

Step 3

Serve with croutons. Enjoy your meal!
