Burgers with chicken cutlet

Ingredients

Servings 6
  • 600 g minced chicken
  • 1 egg
  • a handful of dry breadcrumbs (I grind a piece of dried bread in a blender)
  • a pinch of ground cumin (cumin)
  • a pinch of ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt, pepper
  • lettuce, cut into individual leaves
  • 2-3 pickled cucumbers, cut into lengthwise slices
  • 6 burger buns
  • 2 tomatoes (meaty ones are best), cut into slices
  • melted cheese, sliced
  • tomato sauce
  • 2 medium red onions or 1 large, cut into rings

Cooking

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients for minced meat (spices, meat, chopped onion, crumbs and egg) and beat the minced meat well, releasing all the air. Take it entirely in your hands, lift it above the bowl and throw it back into it with force. And so several times.

Step 2

Form the same flat round cutlets. I do this in special silicone molds.

Step 3

Fry the cutlets on a grill pan or on an electric grill.

Step 4

Assembly: cut the bun. On the lower part of the salad, then two circles of tomato (if the tomato is large - then one), red onion rings, cutlet, sauce, cheese, pickled cucumber slices. Cover with the other half of the bun.
