Burger buns with whole wheat flour
If you want to "useful" the so-called fast food, namely burgers, then you can bake these buns for them with the addition of whole grain flour.
Ingredients
- 315 g wheat flour
- 2 tsp dry yeast
- 300 ml of warm milk
- 2 tbsp. l. sesame seeds
- 1 egg for brushing
- 230 g whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 h. l. year
- 3 Art. l. Sahara
- 1 yolk
- 60 ml melted butter
Cooking
Step 1
First you need to make a dough. In a large bowl, mix milk, flour and yeast. Mix well and cover with foil. Leave for about an hour and a half in a warm room.
Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients to the dough and knead the dough well. You can use your hands, you can use a mixer with a hook attachment or in a bread machine. The dough is very elastic. Cover the dough with foil and set aside for one and a half to two hours.
Step 3
For large burgers, split off pieces weighing 75 g each, and for small ones - 25 g. Shape them into balls and place them in silicone molds (or just on a baking sheet lined with paper, at a large distance from each other). Cover with foil and leave for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Set the oven to preheat to 220 degrees. First, remove the grate from it, on which the buns will be baked, if you do it in silicone molds.
Step 5
Flatten the buns into even flat cakes. Cover with foil and leave them for another 40-50 minutes.
Step 6
Brush the buns with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 7
Bake for approximately 15 minutes. Buns will become even plumper and prettier.
