Buckwheat meatballs with mushrooms

Lean food can also be delicious. These meatballs are proof of that.

Ingredients

  • buckwheat - 1 tbsp.
  • onion - 3 heads
  • champignons - 700 g
  • greens - to taste
  • salt - to taste
  • ground pepper - to taste
  • homemade ketchup - 5 tbsp. l.
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • breadcrumbs

Cooking

Step 1

Mushrooms and onion cut into small pieces. Fry in vegetable oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Cook buckwheat in a way convenient for you. I cooked in a slow cooker on porridge mode for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Combine buckwheat and mushrooms, add greens. Form balls, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil.

Step 4

Dilute ketchup a little with water and pour over our meatballs and leave to stew for another 10 minutes.

Step 5

Buckwheat meatballs are ready to be served with fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
