Bruschetta with spinach, ricotta and pine nuts

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • bread - 4 large pieces
  • spinach s / m - 200 g
  • raisins - 2 tbsp. l.
  • garlic - 2 teeth
  • pine nuts - 2 tbsp. l.
  • ricotta - 250 g
  • salt pepper

Cooking

Step 1

Spinach put in a small amount of water, squeeze. Pour boiling water over raisins for a couple of minutes. Drain the water. Roast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan.

Step 2

Mix ricotta, spinach, nuts, raisins, crush garlic there, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Grill the bread on a grill pan.

Step 4

Spread mixture on bread. Garnish with chili pepper. Bon appetit!
