Bruschetta with smoked mussels
Mmm... I love the combination of crispy bread, salted feta, juicy tomato and rich, smoked taste of mussels... Light in every sense and healthy dish.
Ingredients
Servings 2- whole grain bread 1 pc.
- 2 cloves of garlic
- feta cheese 100 g
- tomato 1 pc.
- chopped parsley 40 g
- smoked mussels 200 g
- olive oil 20 ml
- freshly ground pepper to taste
Cooking
Step 1
Cut the bread into slices 1.5-2 cm thick, grate with a cut clove of garlic. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, fry the bread in it until crispy.
Step 2
Crumble feta in a bowl, add chopped parsley, freshly ground black pepper, mix. Drain the liquid from the mussels, cut the tomato into slices 0.5 cm thick.
Step 3
Put a slice of tomato on a fried slice of bread so that its juice soaks the pulp, put 2 tbsp on top. feta fillings with parsley, the last layer is the amount of mussels that you like)).
Step 4
Serve warm or at room temperature as an appetizer.
