Bruschetta with olive paste and capers
Ingredients

Step 1
We cut the bread and dry it on the grill, in a frying pan without oil or on the wire rack in the oven.
Step 2
Grind olives in a blender, add a little olive oil to make our pasta more juicy.
Step 3
Cut cheese and tomatoes into thin slices.
Step 4
We take 2 toasted slices of bread and generously grease each with olive paste.
Step 5
Put capers, tomatoes, parsley or basil, cheese on one slice of bread and cover with a second one. Buon appetito!
