Brownie with custard and berries

A mind-blowing brownie recipe with nutella custard, jam and blackcurrant.

Ingredients

Servings 6
  • butter - 230 g
  • good bitter chocolate - 250 g
  • small cane sugar - 230 g
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • flour - 150 g
  • blackcurrant jam - 2 tbsp. l.
  • black currant - 80 g
  • milk - 250 ml
  • vanilla - 1 pod
  • yolks - 2 pcs.
  • small cane sugar - 50 g
  • corn starch - 1 tbsp.
  • softened butter - 20 g
  • nutella - 2 tbsp with a slide

Cooking

Step 1

Pour the milk into a saucepan, split the vanilla pod lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and add to the milk. Warm up.

Step 2

In a bowl, whisk together the yolks, sugar, cornstarch and butter. Whisking constantly, add hot milk and mix well. Pour back into the saucepan and cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Stir in Nutella, let cool.

Step 3

Melt the butter in a heavy bottomed saucepan, add the chocolate pieces and stir until it melts. Remove from heat and add sugar.

Step 4

Beat in the eggs one at a time, add the sifted flour, mix.

Step 5

Pour the dough into the mold, pour the cream on top.

Step 6

Put jam in small slides, sprinkle with berries. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes so that the middle remains viscous.
