Berry soup

Ingredients

Servings 6 servings
  • 1 glass each of orange, pineapple and strawberry juice
  • 0.5 kg of berries (strawberries, strawberries or raspberries)
  • lemon
  • cover
  • 5 carnations
  • whipped cream and mint for garnish
  • 3 Art. l. brown sugar

Cooking

Step 1

Remove the zest from the lemon with a grater, grind with sugar, add squeezed lemon, orange juice, cloves and cinnamon. Put on fire, bring to a boil. Cool and strain. All berries, except for 6 pieces for decoration, grind in a blender, add pineapple and strawberry juice. Put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Pour into small transparent bowls. Garnish with berries, mint and whipped cream.
