Berry sauce for fish
Ingredients
- 300 g red currants and cranberries
- 3 st. l. Teddy bear
- 1 clove bud
- 150 ml water
Cooking
Step 1
Pour 150 ml of water over red currants and cranberries and cook until the berries are soft, about 10 minutes. Add honey and clove bud, stir and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, remove spices. Rub through a sieve.
