Beijing cabbage salad in Asian dressing

Ingredients

  • Chinese cabbage - 200 g
  • dry boiler shrimp - 20 g
  • greens - 5 g
  • garlic - 5 g
  • Khaiten light sauce - 10 g
  • black vinegar - 10 g
  • sesame oil - 5 g

Cooking

Step 1

Chop Chinese cabbage very finely, add dried boiler shrimp.

Step 2

Season the resulting salad with a dressing based on Haiten light sauce, black vinegar, finely chopped herbs and garlic. Add some sesame oil.

Step 3

Put the salad in a deep plate, sprinkle with dried shrimp on top.
