Beijing cabbage salad in Asian dressing
Ingredients
Servings 1- Chinese cabbage - 200 g
- dry boiler shrimp - 20 g
- greens - 5 g
- garlic - 5 g
- Khaiten light sauce - 10 g
- black vinegar - 10 g
- sesame oil - 5 g
Cooking
Step 1
Chop Chinese cabbage very finely, add dried boiler shrimp.
Step 2
Season the resulting salad with a dressing based on Haiten light sauce, black vinegar, finely chopped herbs and garlic. Add some sesame oil.
Step 3
Put the salad in a deep plate, sprinkle with dried shrimp on top.
