Begbeder
A fresh, light cocktail with a reference to the writer's most famous novel. Frederic Begbeder, by the way, lived on the Boulevard Saint-Germain.
Ingredients
Servings 1- Rum Bacardi 1909 - 50ml
- fresh sorrel - 40 g
- liqueur St. Germain - 20 ml
- lemon juice - 25 ml
- agave nectar - 10 ml
- feather with gas - 40 ml
Cooking
Step 1
Blend everything with a hand blender.
Step 2
Pour into a shaker and shake.
Step 3
Strain the cocktail through a fine sieve into an ice-cold chalet glass.
Step 4
Sprinkle the finished drink with raspberry dust in the form of the inscription 99F.
