Beer punch
Ginger beer, ginger punch, call it what you will. But do not get carried away with a drink: beer and egg yolks are quite high-calorie foods.
Ingredients
Servings 2- 1.5 st. l. Teddy bear
- 1.5 egg yolks
- 500 ml dark beer
- piece of ginger 0.5 cm
Cooking
Step 1
In a saucepan, carefully mix the honey with the yolks. Put on medium heat and, constantly whisking with a whisk, pour in the beer. Whisking constantly, heat the mixture, but do not bring to a boil.
Step 2
Peel the ginger and chop very finely. Pour it into the punch for 3 minutes. before removing the saucepan from the heat. Pour punch into glasses.
