Baskets with custard and berries
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 100 ml milk
- 1 st. l. cornstarch
- 50 g butter
- berries, fruits to taste
- 150 g soft butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 st. l. mayonnaise
- 260 g sifted flour
- 5 g baking powder
Cooking
Step 1
Beat soft butter, sugar with a whisk, add the egg, mayonnaise, flour. Knead quickly soft, elastic dough and remove it in the cold for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the cream.
Step 2
Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, add milk mixed with starch. We put all this on a small fire and constantly stirring, bring to a boil. At the end, add 50 g of soft butter and mix everything well. Let cool under foil. If there are lumps in the cream, wipe it through a sieve.
Step 3
We fill the molds with dough and bake the baskets at 200 degrees until a light blush, let them cool completely, fill with cream, put any berries or fruits on top. Happy tea!!
