Baskets with applesauce and protein cream

Ingredients

  • drain oil. (dough) - 100 g
  • sugar (dough) - 1/2 tbsp.
  • egg yolk (dough) - 3 pcs.
  • soda (dough) - 1/4 tsp
  • flour (dough) - 1.5 tbsp.
  • apple puree - 200-300 g
  • egg white (cream) - 2 pcs.
  • sugar (cream) - 120 g

Cooking

Step 1

For the dough, mix butter, egg yolks, sugar, soda and flour. Knead soft elastic dough. Divide the dough into balls.

Step 2

Put the dough into cupcake molds, distribute with your hands and bake in a hot oven at tamper. 180 degrees 30 minutes - until done.

Step 3

When the baskets are ready, cool and fill with applesauce, make a cap of protein cream on top.

Step 4

For the protein cream, beat the whites with sugar in a water bath until peaks.
