Baked fennel
Ingredients
Servings 4- white pepper
- butter
- olive oil
- 4 fennel heads
- salt

Step 1
Grease the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil.
Step 2
Brush 4 fennel heads, cut in half lengthwise, with butter, season with salt and white pepper, put in a mold.
Step 3
Bake in the oven at 180ºC for 15 minutes. Serve warm. This is the perfect accompaniment to poultry dishes.
