Baked beef heart with XO sauce

Servings 1- beef heart 200 g
- ajinomato 1 year
- sugar 1 g
- sesame oil 3 ml
- cilantro 5 g
- garlic 3 g
- chili pepper 5 g
- lemon peel 2 g
- soy sauce 50 ml
- anise 10 g
- ginger 10 g

Cooking
Step 1
Steam the beef heart and marinate in soy sauce, finely chopped ginger, onion, lemon zest, ajinomato, sugar, chili pepper, sesame oil and garlic for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare XO sauce separately. Finely chop and mix garlic, onion, finely chopped ginger, fish sauce and vegetable oil.
Step 3
To serve, cut the beef heart into slices, put on a plate, pour XO sauce. Decorate with cilantro and cashew nuts.
