Apple pie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 st. Sahara
  • 1 st. flour
  • 1 st. semolina
  • 0.5 h l. so we are afraid
  • vanilla on the tip of a knife
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 60-80 g butter
  • 4-5 sour apples
  • ½ st. raisins
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

Cooking

Step 1

Put the butter in the freezer to cool. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Make a mixture of dry ingredients: sift flour, add sugar, semolina, soda, vanilla and cinnamon.

Step 2

Rinse the apples, dry, peel and remove the core. Then grate the apples on a coarse grater. Rinse raisins, add to apples.

Step 3

Grease the mold with oil. Divide the dry mixture into 4 parts, grated apples into 3 parts. Distribute one part of the dry mixture in a mold, put 1 part of apples on top, then dry mixture again. Alternate layers, the top layer should be a dry mixture.

Step 4

Remove the butter from the freezer and rub over the dry layer.

Step 5

Send the mold to the oven for 40-50 minutes. and bake until golden brown. It is important to chill the cake before serving. Sprinkle the top with icing sugar or grated chocolate.
