Wafers on kefir
I bake all my waffles in special silicone molds in the oven. But if you have a stationary waffle iron, then nothing can stop you from cooking these waffles in it.
Ingredients
Servings 6- 250 g wheat flour
- 2 Art. l. Sahara
- 1 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 3 eggs
- 350 ml of kefir (I take 3.2%)
- 1 Art. spoon of olive oil
- 30 g butter (melt, cool)
Cooking
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients in a mixer except for the olive oil. I cook these waffles in silicone molds in the oven. Pour the dough into greased molds and bake at 220°C for 8-9 minutes. (or cook in your waffle iron according to instructions).
Step 2
Remove the baking sheet with the molds from the oven, turn the waffles out of the mold onto the baking sheet and bake with the raised side up for 4-5 minutes. until they are browned.
