Very cool sausages in herbs
In addition to barbecue, all kinds of sausages are especially popular at a picnic. We offer you a recipe very fast, and most importantly - delicious. This dish is best cooked at the height of the summer season, when a lot of greenery grows on the beds. Such sausages in herbs can be marinated in advance, or you can immediately send them to the coals.
Ingredients
Servings 8- 8 hunting sausages
- 2-3 sprigs of herbs (for example, thyme, sage, basil, dill)
- 0.5 teaspoons of cumin and black peppercorns
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
Cooking
Step 1
Chop greens. Add crushed cumin and pepper, mix.
Step 2
Grease the sausages with oil, roll in a mixture of spices.
Step 3
Roast on coals.
