Vanilla cupcakes with chocolate
These plump cupcakes are quick and easy to prepare, and the vanilla and chocolate flavors give them a delicious charm.
Ingredients
Servings 6–10- 100 g chocolate (can be in the form of chocolate drops, or chop the bar into pieces)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 st. Sahara
- 100 g softened butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Cooking
Step 1
Beat eggs very well with sugar. Add oil, extract, continue beating. Then add flour mixed with baking powder. Pour in the chocolate broken into small pieces. The dough should not be very thick. If necessary, add 2-3 tablespoons of milk.
Step 2
Pour into greased molds 2/3 of their height. Bake at 180 degrees until cooked (about 25 minutes, but you need to check with a toothpick). I use fluted silicone molds.
