Turkey with chipotle sauce
Many people love turkey for its dietary meat. To make its taste rich and bright, marinate the bird and prepare the sauce. We decided to use avocado, cottage cheese and ready-made chili sauce for the sauce.
Ingredients
Servings 4 servings- 1 kg turkey fillet
- 3-4 th. l. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp chili sauce
- 1 avocado
- 100 g cream cheese
- lemon juice
- salt
Cooking
Step 1
Wash the turkey fillet, pat dry with paper towels and cut into portions. Cover the pieces with cling film and properly beat off. Take off the film. Mix olive oil with half of the chili sauce. Grate the fillet with the resulting mixture, cover again with cling film and set aside.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit. Remove the pulp from one half with a spoon. Place the avocado pulp, cream cheese, lemon juice and chili sauce in a blender. Grind until smooth. Salt a little if necessary.
Step 3
Heat up the pan. Fry the turkey pieces for 2 minutes. from each side. Remove the pan from the heat, cover with a lid and let stand for 5 minutes. Place the turkey on a serving platter. Serve the sauce separately.
