Turkey burgers

Burgers are tasty and healthy food if you cook them yourself. After all, you can get good meat, good vegetables and delicious whole grain buns.

Ingredients

Servings 6
  • For burgers:
  • 600 g turkey thigh fillet
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • 1 st. l. garlic powder
  • 1 h. l. year
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Cooking

Step 1

Cut the meat and turn through a meat grinder with a large grate.

Step 2

Peel the onion and chop very finely. Chop the parsley leaves. Combine minced meat, onion and parsley, add garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix well. Leave for 15 min.

Step 3

Preheat the grill. With wet hands, divide the minced meat into 6 portions and form burgers. Grill for 3 minutes. from each side. Then place a slice of cheese on each burger and cook for 1 more minute until the cheese starts to melt.

Step 4

Arrange burgers on warmed buns. Add cheese, tomatoes, onion and lettuce, cover with the second half of the bun and serve immediately.
