Tomato puree soup with chicken

  • Chicken fillet - 300 g
  • Tomato - 1000 g
  • Red onion - 100 g
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 34 g
  • Garlic - 10 g
  • Basil - 80 g
  • Cream 33% fat - 150 g
  • Sugar - 16 g

Cooking

Step 1

Take the tomatoes and chop them coarsely.

Cut the onion into strips - first divide the onion head into two halves, and then cut them lengthwise.
