Toast with guacamole and salmon is a great addition to your breakfast or a light and healthy snack at any party.
Ingredients
Servings 4- Avocado - 440 g
- Tomato - 270 g
- Lightly salted salmon - 100 g
- Fresh herbs - 30 g
- Rye bread - 140 g
- Armenian lavash - 100 g
Cooking
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes and fish into cubes and mix them. Chop the greens.
Step 2
Cut the avocado into large pieces and then grind in a blender.
Step 3
Toast the bread slices. Spread a thin layer of avocado mousse, top with tomatoes and red fish. Sprinkle with herbs.
