Ingredients

  • plum oil 150 g
  • sugar 150 g
  • vanillin 1 g
  • eggs 3 pcs.
  • cereal mix 130 g
  • baking powder 5 g
  • flour 200 g
  • semolina 2 tbsp.
  • cottage cheese 200 g
  • blackberry
  • powdered sugar

Cooking

Step 1

Melt the butter, add 100 g of sugar, stir. Add 2 eggs.

Step 2

Pour in the cereal mixture. Then flour with baking powder.

Step 3

Knead the dough. Grease a mold (24 cm) with butter, put the dough there and spread it with your hands, make sides. Place in hot oven for 10 minutes. at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Step 4

For the filling, mix pasty cottage cheese, semolina, 50 g of sugar, 1 egg, vanillin. Take out the dough, lay out the curd filling. Dip the blackberries into the filling. Put another 15 min. into the oven. When ready, let cool and decorate with powdered sugar.
