Summer croutons

In the last days of winter, I especially want summer. Even from an ordinary breakfast you can make a summer holiday! And even if there are no real summer berries yet, last year, in the form of jam, are also good. And banana and orange are available all year round. Enjoy your summer meal!

Ingredients

  • Bread "Hercules" with bran - 3 slices
  • peach jam
  • Yogurt
  • Jam
  • Banana
  • Orange
  • Egg - 1 pc
  • Milk - 2 tbsp.
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.

Cooking

Step 1

Whisk the egg with milk and sugar. Dip a slice of bread on both sides and fry in a pan until golden brown.

Step 2

We spread yogurt, jam and jam on slices of bread (each separately).

Step 3

Cut banana and orange into slices, spread on croutons. Enjoy your meal!
