Spinach pancakes

These pancakes are an interesting variation on the traditional ones. They are very useful, and an unusual color will make your Shrovetide brighter!

Ingredients

  • flour - 450 g
  • milk 3.5% - 1 l
  • sugar - 125 g
  • eggs - 5 pcs
  • vegetable oil - 150 ml
  • salt - 10 g
  • fresh spinach - 160 g

Cooking

Step 1

Beat eggs with sugar, add milk to the mixture, then flour.

Step 2

Plunge spinach into boiling water for 5 seconds, then leave in a colander filled with ice for 1 minute. Blend the spinach in a blender until it becomes a paste. Add spinach, oil and salt to the dough. Fry in a dry pan.
