Spinach, banana and pear sorbet with orange juice
A light, low-calorie ice cream that is perfect for refreshing on a hot day.
Ingredients
Servings 4- spinach 100 g
- banana 2 pcs.
- pears 2 pcs.
- orange juice 200 g
- honey 2 tbsp. l.
Cooking
Step 1
Grind spinach, add orange juice - beat. We add honey. Chopped bananas and pears, grind in a blender.
Step 2
Freeze flat for at least 3 hours. Every 30 min. stir the mass so that crystals do not form. We take out the finished sorbet from the mold and cut it with a hot knife into pieces of the desired shape. Serve with pear jam or slices of fresh fruit.
