Spicy Baked Potato

Potatoes are golden - spicy, ruddy, with a crispy crust. Soft and fluffy on the inside.

Ingredients

Servings 4
  • potatoes - 1 kg
  • turmeric - 1 tsp. l.
  • paprika - 1 tsp. l.
  • curry - 1 h. l.
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
  • salt - to taste

Cooking

Step 1

Wash the potatoes thoroughly - prepare for baking with the skin on. Cut the potatoes into slices, 1.5 cm thick.

Step 2

Boil potatoes in salted water for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Prepare spices: turmeric, curry, paprika.

Step 4

Line a baking sheet with foil, grease it with vegetable oil and heat in the oven for a couple of minutes. Continue heating the oven to 180°C and remove the baking sheet. Lay potatoes on it, sprinkled with a mixture of spices.

Step 5

Bake potatoes for 50 minutes. Serve sprinkled with herbs.
