Sorrel ice cream

Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 60 g fresh sorrel
  • 20 ml cream

Cooking

Step 1

Rinse the sorrel, pour over with boiling water, chop, cool and freeze in the refrigerator. Put the frozen sorrel in parts in a blender, add the yolk, beat. Add 20 ml of cream and continue to beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Step 2

Place the sorrel mass in a freezer container and place in the freezer so that it acquires the consistency necessary for shaping ice cream.
