Snack pies with meat
Ingredients
- 6 cups wheat flour
- 2 Art. l. Sahara
- eggs - hard boiled 4 pcs
- 45 g fresh yeast
- 1 egg for greasing pies
- 80 g table margarine
- fine sea salt
- 750 g minced meat
- for 20 small pies:
- 2–3 tbsp. l. chopped green parsley
- 175 g melange (mixture of proteins and yolks)
- For the filling:
- vegetable oil for greasing the pan

Step 1
From the indicated ingredients and 2 glasses of water, knead the yeast sponge dough, divide into pieces of 45 g, form balls from them. Let stand 5 min. and roll them into round cakes. Put minced meat in the middle of each cake, connect the edges of the dough so that the middle of the pie remains open. Place on a greased baking sheet and, after proofing, brush with egg.
