Smart cake
The original recipe for delicious and quick homemade cakes. "Smart" cake is called because in the process of baking the dough is stratified into vanilla soufflé, delicate custard and biscuit. Preparing such a cake is incredibly simple and from completely simple products.
Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 110 g flour
- 15 g vanilla sugar
- 500 ml milk
- 150 g sugar
- 4 eggs

Step 1
Separate whites from yolks. Grind the yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add melted butter and beat well again. Add flour, mix and pour in warm milk.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites to a stiff peak. Add the beaten egg whites to the batter and mix gently with a spatula.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into the mold and send to bake for 40-50 minutes. at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Step 4
Cool pastry and cut into serving pieces. Sprinkle the top of the cakes with cocoa.
