Shrimp dip with blue cheese
Ingredients
Servings 3- soft cheese with mold - 60 g
- shrimp 150 g (cut)
- mayonnaise 60 ml
- olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
- olives 60 g (optional)
- green onion 3 tbsp. l. (finely cut)
Cooking
Step 1
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, chopped olives and green onions.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the shrimp for 3 minutes. Add mayonnaise mixture, stirring, cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer the shrimp mixture to a serving dish, add the shredded blue cheese, mix gently.
