Sandwiches with pollock liver and sun-dried tomatoes

  • baguette - 2 slices
  • pollock liver - 2 tablespoons
  • sun-dried tomatoes - 4 pcs
  • pickled cucumber - 1 pc.
  • green onions - 2 feathers

Cooking

Step 1

Brown the baguette slices in the oven under the grill. Spread with canned pollock liver. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into strips and arrange on top. Cut pickled cucumber into thin slices, and green onion into long pieces and decorate sandwiches.
