Sandwiches with pollock caviar
A quick and healthy sandwich made from available ingredients.
Ingredients
Servings 2- pollock caviar - 50 g
- ricotta - 50 g
- 2 slices of rye bread
- half an avocado
- cucumber slices
- butter
Cooking
Step 1
Lightly toast the bread slices in the toaster (2-3 minutes).
Step 2
While the bread is frying, mix ricotta with pollock roe, cut avocado and cucumber.
Step 3
Rub slices of bread with butter. Spread a mixture of ricotta and caviar on the bread. Arrange the avocado and cucumber slices on top. Ready!
