Sandwich with ham and avocado paste
Ingredients
- 4 slices dark rye bread
- 12 thin slices cooked ham
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp sour cream 20% fat
- 3 green onion feathers
- 2-3 sprigs of cilantro
- a few drops of hot red pepper sauce
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
Cooking
Step 1
Peel the avocado, cut into pieces and mash with a fork into a coarse puree. Add sour cream, season with pepper sauce, salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in finely chopped zest and green onion.
Step 2
Dry the slices of bread in a toaster or in a dry frying pan. Brush with avocado paste and top with ham slices. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
