Sandwich "Classic of the genre"

Ingredients

  • Bread "Bread House" milky - 2 slices
  • chicken fillet - 50 g
  • tomato - 1 pc.
  • red onion - 1 pc.
  • cheese "Anton Palych" - 3 slices
  • salad - 3 leaves
  • garlic - 1 clove, black pepper, salt
  • flour - 1 tbsp. l.
  • cream 10% - 70 ml
  • garlic - half a clove
  • salt to taste
  • chilli

Cooking

Step 1

Chicken fillet cut into slices, salt, fry in butter or vegetable oil. For taste, put a clove of garlic lightly crushed with a knife into the oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, basting the chicken with oil from the pan (for juiciness).

Step 2

Rinse the lettuce, tear it up.

Step 3

Wash the tomato and cut into thin slices. You will need 3-4 slices for one sandwich.

Step 4

Cut red onion into rings.

Step 5

Slice the cheese.

Step 6

Prepare the sauce: in a dry frying pan, fry the flour until golden brown, constantly stirring, add the cream. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes, add salt, garlic (either granulated or very finely chopped). Remove from heat, let cool and thicken.

Step 7

Fry the slices of bread in a dry frying pan on both sides until golden brown.

Step 8

“Building a sandwich”: spread sauce on each slice of bread, put lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, cheese on one of them in sequence.

Step 9

Place in the microwave to melt the cheese.

Step 10

Cover with a second slice of bread and serve. Our sandwich is ready!
