Salmon with shrimps and dill

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp. l. sunflower oil
  • 600 g salmon fillet
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • 300 g shrimp
  • juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper

Cooking

Step 1

Finely chop the dill, crush the garlic, mix with oil and lemon juice. Peel the shrimp, cut the salmon into pieces, as for a barbecue, alternately string into pieces, salt and pepper to taste, grease with the resulting marinade. Fry for 5-10 minutes, until cooked through, brushing with marinade from time to time and turning.
