Salad "Country" with poached egg

Cut the tomatoes into slices, add a mix of different lettuce leaves, radish slices and Bulgarian pepper chopped with arrows. Top with sour cream and mix. Add salt, vinegar to boiling water, use a spoon to "twist" the water into a funnel and gently break the shell, put the egg into the water. Boil 3-5 min. on slow fire. Lay the salad in the middle of the plate. Decorate with plowed egg and dill, season with salt and black pepper.

  • Bulgarian pepper 50 g
  • lettuce leaves 50 g
  • dill 5 g
  • tomatoes 50 g
  • chicken egg 1 pc.
  • radish 50
