Roasted Tomatoes with Provence Herbs

An elementary recipe for the season of tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • medium tomatoes with stalk 4 pcs.
  • olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
  • Provence herbs 1 tbsp. l.
  • salt 1 pinch
  • pepper 1 pinch

Cooking

Step 1

We put the tomatoes in the oven for 15-20 minutes. at a temperature of 180 degrees. Tomatoes are perfect when slightly cracked but not yet mashed. At the end, you can turn on the oven grill for 3 minutes.

Step 2

Drizzle tomatoes with oil, sprinkle with salt and herbs.
