Rice with tomatoes in a slow cooker
Ingredients
Servings 4–6- rice - 260 g
- tomatoes - 2 pcs. large and meaty
- onion - 1 pc.
- canned corn 3/4 jar
- water - 400 ml
- vegetable or olive oil
- cumin
- salt
Cooking
Step 1
Sort the rice and wash well. Peel the onion, finely chop.
Step 2
Pour a few tablespoons of vegetable or olive oil into the multicooker bowl and sauté the onion until golden brown on the "Frying" mode.
Step 3
Add chopped tomatoes and canned corn without filling.
Step 4
Put rice to vegetables, mix everything with a spatula, level, salt, add spices, pour water.
Step 5
Close the lid, set the "Rice Cooking" mode for 30 min. or "Extinguishing".
