Rice with oyster mushrooms
Easy to prepare, but unusually tasty and fragrant dish of rice and mushrooms. A great option for a Lenten menu!
Ingredients
Servings 4- rice 1 tbsp.
- oyster mushrooms 150 g
- onion 1 pc.
- vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
- seasoning universal 2 pinches
- soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.
- salt

Cooking
Step 1
Boil rice.
Step 2
Onion cut into quarters of rings.
Step 3
Fry in vegetable oil. Cut oyster mushrooms. Add to onion, fry.
Step 4
Add all-purpose seasoning (salt-free).
Step 5
Then, soy sauce and salt.
Step 6
Add pic. Mix and heat.
Step 7
