Revuelto with ham and smoked sausage

Ingredients

  • 70 g smoked ham
  • 70 g smoked sausage
  • egg - 4 pcs
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • 1 tsp sweet pepper
  • 12 baguette slices

Cooking

Step 1

Cut the ham and sausage into small cubes, fry until golden brown in olive oil. Add pepper, pour beaten eggs, salt. Reduce the heat, stir the mixture in the pan. Quickly remove the dish from the pan (it will come to readiness by itself), cut into pieces. Toast the bread at the same time. Put the dish on slices of toasted bread, quickly serve.
