Quick Easter cake

Ingredients

  • egg - 3 pcs.
  • milk - 200 g
  • flour - 500 g
  • butter - 125 g
  • sugar - 120 g
  • raisins - 100 g
  • yeast - 30 g
  • candied fruit - 100 g
  • vegetable oil - 10 g

Cooking

Step 1

Melt the butter, pour in hot milk, add salt, sugar and cool to room temperature.

Step 2

Mix flour with yeast, add milk, sugar. Add the resulting dough to the chilled dough. Mix and leave for 15 minutes. Add yolks, candied fruits and steamed raisins. Whisk egg whites into foam and mix with the main mass. Wait until the dough rises.

Step 3

We fill the forms to the middle and wait for the dough to rise. Bake 20 min. at a temperature of 180 degrees.
